As a survivor of coercive control , physical , mental , financial and legal abuse …. I am consistently amazed at how similar our stories are. The Asia’s is real. Why we stay is real. How we get out safely is a miracle. Therapy helped be realize the enormity of what I survived. This podcast helped me feel more normal.
