Coercive Control is such a misunderstood phenomenon, with such dire consequences, even in the absence of violence and murder. It’s pervasive and soul crushing, yet we see it in workplace bullying, cults and high demand groups, domestic partnerships and oppressive family’s. Thank goodness for Laura Richards professional training and expertise, and her stamina and willingness to spend her career creating and enacting laws to respond to this, and excellent educational content to highlight it.
