Breanna Micciolo was concerned about her 6 year old son Corey Micciolo. He had many bruises on his body. She called the police on March 28 2021. A welfare check was conducted by Ptl. Daniel Dugan and Ptl. Angel Roman, both of Barnegat Township Police Department at Christopher Gregor's apartment. Breanna Micciolo said she reported suspected abuse more than 100 times in 18 months, but no action was taken before Corey's death on April 2 2021.
