The Dalai Lama kissed a child on the lips and then instructed him to suck his tongue. The child recoiled - his reaction was the right one.
This is not affection. This is not funny. This is not about culture. This is not OK. This is child abuse. And the Dalai Lama's apology non-apology is a perfect example of denial, distortion, manipulation and gaslighting. Not OK. No thank you.
Apology DENIED.
