When Lee Kendall killed Michaela Hall on 31 May 2021 Devon and Cornwall Police had 34 pieces of intelligence about Kendall's history of abuse and he had almost 50 convictions relating to 100 offences.
The Coroner, Andrew Cox, said Michaela's murder was "entirely foreseeable" and could have been prevented.
