Laura discusses key headlines from numerous witnesses who gave evidence, including the Home Office pathologist, Dr. Alison Armour, who stated that Nicola was alive when she went into the water and that the cause of death was drowning. She also revealed that there was no evidence of harm before Nicola entered the water and that Nicola did not have alcohol in her bloodstream.
Laura also highlights two witnesses who said they heard a scream where Nicola was last seen and cold water experts, including Professor Michael Tipton, who spoke about the dangers of entering cold water.
