In the early hours of February 15 2020, Dr Amie Harwick was found unresponsive with serious injuries on the ground underneath her third floor balcony of her Hollywood Hills home. Amie was rushed to hospital but she died from her injuries.
Gareth Pursehouse, her ex boyfriend, was arrested and charged with Dr Amie Harwick's murder and burglary, with the special circumstance allegation of lying in wait. Pursehouse is currently on trial in Los Angeles.
